We've had lots of deliveries recently, and because sharing is caring, we'd like to tell you about them!
First of all, we now have yarn bowls! These bowls - made by a local potter - can prevent your pesky cat from playing with balls of yarn rolling around the floor as you knit. In addition, they are really pretty and make you look like a super serious knitter (which I believe you already are).
We also restocked the hand-crafted curly maple gingko shawl pins...
We brought in a new line of project and accessory bags. The flat zipper pouches have a transparent panel to facilitate searches for that seaming needle or stitch marker. The small pouches have carabiners so you can attach and detach them to a bag strap or belt loop. The larger pouches lie flat when not in use, and stand up tall (and proud!) when filled with your favorite project. (I think they'd also serve well as extremely cute lunch bags!)
Susie delivered some more Purlasana Box bags. A customer recently called and said she had been in the shop over the summer while on vacation, and had been obsessing about the Purlasana bags ever since. She had seen others online but they just weren't as nice as Susie's, so she ordered two bags. (If you have seen Susie's craftsmanship and fabulous taste in fabrics, you probably understand why someone might get a little obsessed with these bags!)
We also got some buttons...
...and some more Peace Fleece (in some manly colors for manly sweaters)...
...and some String Theory DK...
...and some String Theory Caper Sock...
...and some Baah! sock yarn (called La Jolla)...
...and last - but definitely not least, especially since we have been waiting for this order for many months - some Tosh Merino Light.
My kittens swipe the yarn cake right out of the bowl and take off.
